have been selected as the winner of 21th Taiwan Excellence Award.
Intelligent Power Management is the most important feature to add the convenience and stability of In-Vehicle PC usage. The Intelligent Power Module inside AR-V6005, brings a wide range DC power input of 9V to 32V and controlled by a separate micro processor that provides the following features:
1. System off delay time: User can setup delay time in BIOS for different purposes.
2. Power on/off retries: It will perform 3 times of boot up or shut off the system if system on/off process failed in order to assure system can operate normally under severe environment like –20℃ outdoor temperature.
3. Power input monitoring: Continuous monitoring DC input voltage to prevent accidentally drain out car battery. The system will not boot up if car battery voltage is lower than 11.2V. If car battery is lower than 10.8V while system at operation, it will properly shut down the system automatically to keep battery alive.
4. LED indicators represent system power status.
5. Remote control: 2 options to power on or shut down the system, by car ignition switch or remote control switch cable.
All of above functions are controlled by software that can be customized based on ODM customers’ requirement. To execute the 24/7 mission-critical applications on the road, AR-V6100 & AR-V6005 are two of the best solutions for you.

Fanless Embedded System with PCI & PCI Express Expansion and DDR3 Supporting
AR-ES6003FL,
a new fanless embedded system with Intel Atom D525 / D425 which is onboard
solution and fanless design. It supports DDR3 memory and maximum capacity is
4GB. Based on embedded concept, AR-ES6003FL
has variety IO like 4 x serial port, 6 x USB, 2 x GbE and PCI Express
expansion. It offers the CF socket that embedded customers used to use, 2 x SATA
interface and 1 x disk bay for the customer has large storage capacity request.
Communication IntergrationAcrosser has good experience and ability in communication module with Acrosser’s In-Vehicle system. We know there is rapidly increasing request in wifi or 3.5G module besides In-Vehicle system, so Acrosser has 1 x MiniPCIe socket and 1 x SIM card socket on AR-ES6003FL. It provides customer the option and customer can use the module directly without other carrier board to avoid the shock or vibration issue.
Efficient Heat TransmissionAR-ES6003FL put CPU and chipset on top of the board and I/O on the bottom of the board. It increases the difficulty of design and manufacture. At the same time, it increases the efficiency of heat transferring because the heat sink is close to the CPU and chipset. It can connect to external heat sink directly that is optimizing thermal solution.
Expansion DesignFor embedded customer’s request to expand IO like serial port or usb, AR-ES6003FL designs the expansion slot with PCI Express x1 and PCI interface. In market you can see many expansion cards using PCI or PCI Express x1 for IO, but using PCI Express x16 ones are always for graphic request. Acrosser offers two kinds of expansion cards as default, one is with 2 x PCI Express x1 slots and another is with 1 x PCI and 1 x PCI Express x1. For OEM/ODM request, we can offer maximum 2 x PCI and 2 x PCI Express x1 slots.
